Non Profit Developer will Honor David Reznick with Community Leadership Award March 18

Silver Spring, MD – March 16, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — David Reznick, Principal and Chairman of Reznick Group, will be honored next week by Montgomery Housing Partnership with its first Community Leadership Award. He will receive the award at MHP’s 20th Anniversary Dinner on March 18, at the Bolger Center in Potomac, Maryland.

More than 450 guests are expected to attend, including Maryland business leaders, housing advocates, and politicians.

In his role at Reznick Group, David Reznick works with a wide range of clients in the affordable housing and real estate industries. His advice and counsel is frequently sought on policy issues related to affordable housing. He also works closely with developers, syndicators, lending institutions and managing agents throughout the United States and Puerto Rico regarding all aspects of residential and commercial development.

MHP acquires, rehabilitates, builds and manages apartments and homes in Montgomery County. For the past 20 years, the private nonprofit has played a critical role in finding housing solutions for working families. Its holistic approach to housing includes enhancing the vitality of the neighborhoods in which affordable housing is located, and developing and implementing award-winning community life programs in those neighborhoods.
