Hanna Announces Sale of Cambridge Industrial Park Facility

Cambridge, MD – January 25, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Henry H. This flex industrial building was formerly home to ABC Supply Company. This sale was a joint effort with the Economic Development Divisions of the State of Maryland, Dorchester County and Cambridge, Md.

The new buyer, Triple Ventures, LLC will be bottling, packaging and distributing the fruit beverage, Fruit Wave H20 from this new location. Fruit Wave H20 is available in a variety of flavors including cherry, grape, mango, green apple, orange, kiwi/strawberry and kiwi/watermelon.

This 30,240 square foot facility sold for $1,500,000.
