Park Potomac Helping to Make Montgomery County One of Nation’s Real Estate Bright Spots
Potomac, MD Community Tallies Multiple Condominium Sales, Adds Harris Teeter Supermarket and Other New Amenities
POTOMAC, Md., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ — As recently reported in The Washington Post, Montgomery County, MD is one of the few places in the nation where real estate sales are up, rather than in decline. Condominium sales, specifically, are particularly strong, with prices up between two and nine percent over last year. One new luxury condominium community in particular is leading the way in Montgomery County’s still-strong real estate market.
Park Potomac Place, the centerpiece of the mixed-use Park Potomac community at Montrose and Seven Locks Roads, continues to be a favorite destination for luxury condominium purchasers in the area. During the first week in October, for example, Park Potomac Place logged six new sales. Park Potomac Place is the only luxury high-rise condominium address in Potomac, and its very spacious residences, rivaling the size of many single-family homes, are priced from the $700s to $2 million. Most purchasers at Park Potomac Place are from the immediate area, trading in their high-maintenance single-family homes for a low-maintenance, ultra-luxurious lifestyle. For a short time, Park Potomac Place is offering up to $100,000 in incentives on a new limited release of homes.
The lifestyle amenities at Park Potomac are the keys to what sets this community apart — and to the community’s sales success. A uniformed doorman greets residents and visitors, and residents have access to a chauffeured courtesy limousine. The new condo community also includes a spa, fitness center and a clubroom. But what really stands out at Park Potomac are the community’s shopping and dining conveniences. Within walking distance of their new Park Potomac Place front doors, residents will enjoy boutiques, white tablecloth restaurants, a five-star hotel and a new gourmet Harris Teeter supermarket — which will offer grocery delivery service within the community. The community’s retail attractions, as well as its Class A office space, have recently begun construction. Park Potomac also has a rather interesting and unique distinction: Reagan National, Dulles International and BWI Marshall Airports can all be reached from the community without going through a single traffic light.
“The homebuyers at Park Potomac Place are world-class, and they only settle for the finest things in life,” says Diane Leach, the Sales Manager at Park Potomac Place Condominium. “The home designs, community amenities and services here are exactly the caliber that they seek. Some of our new residents have even compared living here to living on Park Avenue in New York City,” Leach said. She also added that a majority of new Park Potomac Place purchasers have come as referrals from friends who recently bought a condominium here.
Interested buyers and their Realtors can learn more about Park Potomac Place online at www.ParkPotomacPlace.com, and can arrange a private appointment and model home tour by phoning 301-251-7723. The community’s sales incentives of up to $100,000 on a new release of homes will only be in effect for a limited time. Developed by Foulger-Pratt Development.
